Collins, the founder and president of the DAC Consulting Group LLC is a seasoned grant writer and resource development professional with nearly 35 years of public sector experience and 40+ years of experience overall. He has held various positions in both City and County government while helping to secure over 250 dollars million in grant funding from states, counties and federal agencies. As an experienced grant reviewer for numerous local entities and eight different Federal Government Programs, he has developed a keen insight into the characteristics of winning grant applications and proposals.
